Meet the founder
Emiliano founded Strong Tower Talent Group after building a career across operations and sales, with roughly 10 to 15 years of experience on both sides of the business. Most recently he served as Operations Director for an eight-figure company, overseeing third-party services and staffing across 385 luxury high-rise properties nationwide, handling sourcing and hiring from the ground up.
His career began in remote recruiting and hiring for home service companies, then moved into sales as a sales representative and later a sales manager. Along the way he became fluent in the CRMs and automation tools reshaping how companies hire and operate, the same operational rigor he brought into building Strong Tower.
Outside of work, Emiliano is a man of God and a happily married father of two.
